We will try our best to get your jewels sent to you as quickly as possible. All orders are sent via Australia Post which are still currently running as per normal. However, we are not responsible for any delays during this uncertain time. Particularly for international orders, please check your local delivery services for more information about the current delivery status.

We use Australia Post to deliver all of your orders worldwide. To find out a more specific delivery time, use AusPost Delivery Calculator Enter 2537 in the 'from' section and your nominated area of delivery in the 'to' section. 

*PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes, Australia Post takes awhile to update their tracking. Please do not be concerned, as the parcel has been picked up & is in their warehouse ready for sorting. We cannot control the shipping process once the parcel has been shipped & are not responsible for any delays within Australia Post. We ask our customers to please be patient. If you do have any concerns, please message us.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow at least 1 to 3 business days to process your order. We will do our very best to have your order dispatched on the same day of purchase.

Please note during busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. We apologise for the inconvenience! 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out. Amorèblu is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - We will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow up to 20 business days for your order to arrive. To find out a more specific delivery time, you can click here. Go to the 'Overseas' tab and enter 2537 in the 'from' section and your nominated area of delivery in the 'to' section. 
Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. 

The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. Amorèblu is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel.
